How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add items to your cart, go to checkout, choose bKash, Nagad, or Cash on Delivery, and confirm. You’ll get an order confirmation right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
Manual bKash and Nagad (send money, then submit your Transaction ID), and Cash on Delivery anywhere in Bangladesh.
How does manual bKash/Nagad payment work?
Send the exact order total to our bKash/Nagad number, then enter the mobile number you sent from and the Transaction ID (TrxID) at checkout. We verify it and confirm your order.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes — we deliver all over Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days.
What are the delivery charges?
৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka. Shipping is free on orders over ৳3000.
Can I exchange or return an item?
